I had problems dealing with my time management and from then on I did not know what to do. Sometimes it would make me weary to the point that I get tired from managing my practice. This is a really useful information because now I know what to focus on and where should I lead on. Now I know what mistakes I have been practicing that is why growth never came. I was stuck on focusing on unimportant things while on the other hand, all I need is a system based on technology to grasp success

Yes, we private practice owners need a system so we will not repeat the big mistakes again. We like to grow our practice to the fullest and not tire ourselves into focusing on low dollar activities. I think this has helped me realize a lot and will do my best to have system using technology.
Gaining freedom from everything to grow my practice is really important. I would like to see the all in one system that will handle a lot for my practice. i realized that i spent to much time on low dollar value activities. did not really mind on the lifetime value for my PT practice. thank you for making me realize i need to step up and what i have been doing is a mistake.
