@mrzisawesome Basic customer service — even when the customer is a jerk, you have to be a smiling happy person. That’s the rule. The Ocean Marketing guy started being a jerk himself and in the process completely broke every rule of basic customer service. Not to mention, $10 off to new customers for the inconvenience but no discount to the people that had already paid (and were still waiting) is one of those "We already have your money and don’t care about you anymore."
You are making a good contribution with your efforts. You should know that. Keep it up.

yeah the Nambla thing is a joke from South park over domain registration. This was a great parody though. The problem with it is he was the CEO (and only employee). He should have been coaching her as a new hire or something.
The name ‘Ocean Marketing’ is so fitting. I’m sure he feels like he’s floating all alone in the middle of an ocean, with his company slowly sinking. I feel sorry for his wife who will probably bear the brunt of his frustration, in the form of two more black eyes.
