Well, I think Hype is Hype No matter it is Good or Bad.

Hype is nothing but a fad used in marketing product and services and it is used to excite people about something they need to posses, have to have, buy or purchase and that will benefit them.

You can see from above examples for BAD Hype that “If is too good to be true, it is probably TOO GOOD To be True” means False.

Well as I said Hype is Hype, Nothing wrong with Hype as long as it is not deceptive. BAD Hype does not help businesses to stay in business for a long time because it creates bad taste for consumers and they never do business with those businesses which are unethical and are involved in deceptive practices. Trust is very important and once consumers lose trust they stop doing business with people who market using BAD Hype.

Hype is a part of Marketing and it comes with the Territory of Marketing.

Hype is Hype so it is up to us to determine which Hype is Good and which one is BAD.

It is a Grey area and some time you are not sure if it is a GOOd or BAD Hype.

So, Research and find all the info and use your judgment which is good and bad hype.

Stay away from Bad Hype. I Like GOOD Hype and it is Exciting.

Without Hype Business will Not Exist! So it up to us consumers of products & services to decide which one is Good Hype and which one is Bad Hype.

The positive mental attitude showed up in the above example of the two salesmen.

IF WISHES WERE MONEY, BEGGERS WOULD BE KINGS!

I used to ask my friends and other people what they wanted out of life that will make them happy.
The answers I get them were such as “I I want to make lots of money,” I want bigger house,” I wish I look better,” I want to give better education to my kids,” I want to be better husband or wife,” I wish I could lose some weight,”I want to travel and see places in the world.”

Most of us have just as many wishes as we have wants.

A wish wish, by itself will not do any good. I may excite you but it will not disturb you. In other words a wish or want will not prompt you to to take action and do something about it to come true.
Instead of wish or want. A goal with action will.

My wife and I took vacation to Thailand this year. It was wonderful and dream come true without any stress and pressure of daily routine life. I wish I go back again sometimes. But I do not wish hard enough to do anything about right now. Thinking about it makes me feel good, but it does not disturb me enough to make me take action.

A goal, on the other hand, will excite me or you and disturb enough to take action in order to satisfy it.

Wishes or want can become Goals. Bot Goals can never become wishes

Set the Goal.

Write down Your Goals.
Take Action.
You will Succeed.

Make a Habit of Making Good Decisions

Making good decisions is a key to success. We humans are creatures of habits. If we procrastinate, we should remind ourselves that we are paying a tremendous price for our this negative habit.

Procrastination is a fault that most people ignore to correct.

Procrastination is a Luxury and very few of us can afford it. If we have decided or not decided on any problem, we actually have made a decision, that means we have made a decision by not making decision and again we are off in the same old thought and habit of procrastination.

The best decisions made by the successful people are decisions made quickly after they obtain all the information necessary to make decision. They are slow to change that decision once it has been made. The non-doers and indecisive types of people are slow to make decision and if they ever make one, they change it fast without thinking and considering all the information & consequences.

If you do procrastinate and want to make good decisions,

Write down on a piece of all the reasons you think of to be a DOOR,

A DECISION MAKER….then write down the ideas you have that INDICISION.

Think and see exactly what procrastination is doing to hinder your progress, goal achievement and all the things that you want out of life.

Once you have made a decision not to procrastinate then follow through on your plan with action, regardless of obstacles, criticism, circumstances or what other people think or do.

THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH TO PROCRASTINATE.

Ninety five percent of people think that “We have been doing this thing for as long as I can remember, So it must be the best way. Why should we change it & why bother?”

If you look at the history you will find that people also protected the automobiles because they felt that horses were great enough for transportation and so why bother.

Many people also protested against airplanes, they use to say “If we Humans were meant to fly, God would have given wings.” So you see the story goes and goes on…

SUCCESS IS NEVER ENDING & FAILURE IS NEVER FINAL!

One night of December, 1994, Edison Industries building burned to the ground.

Thomas Edison lost $2 Million and building was insured for only $300,000 because it was constructed of concrete and then thought to be fireproof.

Charles Edison, son of Thomas Edison was frantic and worried about his father because his father was 67 years and fearing the worst, Charles was looking for his father and he found him standing near the fire, his hair blowing in the cold weather.

Charles said :My heart ached for him. ”My father was old and everything he worked for is going in to smoke.

As soon as Thomas Edison spotted his son coming toward him, he shouted, “Charles, where is your mother?’ Charles responded he did not know.

At that point he said “Find her and bring her here. She will never see anything like this again as she lives.”

The next morning Thomas Edison waked through burned building and he told his family.

“There is great value in disaster. It burns up all our mistakes! Thank God we can start a new.”

What a great attitude?

Three month after Edison Industries presented world’s first Phonograph.

Earlier in Thomas Edison’s career, Edison made over nine hundred attempts before he was able to perfect electric Bulb.

After failing so many times, his assistant asked him, “do you know that we have failed over nine hundred times?’

“No, No, No” Edison replied…”W have just found over over nine hundred ways that won’t work!”

Now yo know that when you fail, does not mean that you are a failure. Keep trying again and again until you succeed.
